Representatives of the Orange County Classroom Teachers Association also accused school officials Monday of telling teachers to not wear rainbow articles of clothing and to remove pictures of their same-sex partners from their desks as well as to remove LGBTQ “safe space” stickers from their classroom doors.,DeSantis and his team have yet to declare his candidacy for president and have not given any hints that may do so to the press. C |     所以，无货源优势，无资源优势，如果切的类目不对，上来就成了炮灰，会严重打击各位做电商的积极性，那么什么类目对新手比较友好呢？做的人少的非标品，或者刚起量的新品，都是可以做的。    02    新手做拼多多要用三个月摸透平台规则    我就说下我刚开始做拼多多如何用3个月追上别人1年运营经验的，在拼多多后台有个拼多多课堂、营销书院、帮助中心、规则中心，也就这几个入口了。    各位新手如果能用3个月时间把里面的东西从头到尾看一遍，那么我接下来要讲的内容，各位大可不必再看了，因为你把后台上面几个入口里的东西都看一遍，你就已经超过80%的拼多多运营了。    别看我讲的很轻松，实际上呢，就我陪跑过的几个拼多多新手，无一例外的让他们去看拼多多课堂，结果1个月之后，连拼多多课堂的入口都还不知道在哪里。

E |     然而到了社会上，能不能成长就看各位自己了，生死由命富贵在天，能不能做好拼多多，不靠天不靠地，只能靠自己，靠自己什么？3个月把平台规则给摸透哇。别看我这样苦口婆心的讲，真正能做到的我猜没有几个。    03    新手做拼多多要从基础的流程跑起    什么是基础的流程，就是上架、开车、接待、发货、售后、到账，这一套的流程都要完整的跑几遍，大家对拼多多才会有全局观。咱们做拼多多的日常工作是什么，就是上述工作的不断重复和优化的过程。    别人做手机膜一天发2000单，做的工作也就是上架+开车，各位新手做的任何一个产品，每天工作也是上架开车，但是经验不同，其最终的效果是不一样的。做拼多多人人都想爆单，爆单的前提是，你对品熟、对用户熟、对打品的节奏熟。

F |     如果各位是新人亦或是经验不足，同样的操作就会变形，明明已经有起量趋势的链接，继续车损个5K拉一下权重，链接就能起飞了，因为经验不足，及早的提投产，结果链接没单了。    只有不断地试错，改进，试错，继续改进，这样的螺旋上升，各位新手运营能力和起店能力才会逐渐的提升，当脱去了新手的外衣，变成了行业老油条，你说起1条链接难吗？还不跟玩似的。    04    新手做拼多多的一些基础操作    上面讲的感觉太理论，最后就在讲点适合新手看的干货。各位新手记住，不管你做的什么产品，不管成本有没有优势，都可以这样来操作。    即成本*1.5或者2倍来定价，算出产品的保本投产比，然后直通车开稳定成本推广，每条计划限额500块就行。然后计划的出价就用投产比出价就行，出多少呢？不要看系统建议，系统建议永远没有参考性。各位只需要按照保本投产比来出价即可。    这里面有个点要注意，刚开始算的保本投产比是没有算退货率的，真实的保本投产比我会在除以个0.8，因为大部分类目的退款率差不多在20%，所以除以0.8得出的保本投产比基本上偏真实。    然后各位看直通车的结算投产比，拉长时间来看，只要结算投产比等于或大于你的保本投产比，那欧了，肯定不亏。

G | 如果这个时候还有单，那么后续按照每周提高0.1的投产比，涨1个月涨0.4，后面就有利润有单量，大家就算把这个店铺做起来了。
